| Vintage Hills
School’s instructional program is tailored to the needs of each
child. Curriculum and instruction are in alignment with Pleasanton
School District’s adopted grade level standards as well as the
state standards. High expectations for learning and behavior are in
place and shared with the parent community. Home/school communication
is ongoing. Parents are kept informed of their child’s progress
in school, and input from parents is sought on a regular basis.
Students are encouraged to be responsible learners beginning in third grade through the use of assignment books. Training on recording daily assignments is supported by both teachers and parents. Recognition is ongoing for students who develop responsible habits of turning in work on time. Our Student Leadership Team is composed of approximately 30 fifth grade students. |
