Vintage Hills Elementary School

Walk Through Registration 2009-2010

Welcome to Vintage Hills!

This is a place that encompasses talented students, a dedicated staff, and a supportive community. Collaboratively, these stakeholders help to make Vintage Hills a wonderful place to learn.

Our staff is committed to providing a quality learning environment with high expectations. Teachers and support staff utilize proven and effective instructional strategies to deliver meaningful lessons in the classroom. Curriculum is aligned to state standards as well as differentiated to meet the diverse needs of our student population.

At Vintage Hills we also firmly believe that healthy schools are places of growth and learning. Our character education program is based on principles of Responsibility, compassion, intergrity, self-discipline, honesty and respect. These ethical principles are used not only as a basis for social interactions, but are embedded in everyday activities.

We are also very fortunate to have such strong partnerships with parents of our students and members of our community. Parents are vital to our team approach philosophy. They can be seen daily in classrooms, as instructors in our Enrichment Cluster program, serving on school committees, and actively involved in special programs.

It is a small wonder that we are named a California Distinguished School. Vintage Hills is a school community wherein helping students achieve their full potential guides us in all we do. Please view our "What Makes Vintage Hills So Special?" slideshow (quicktime required).
