Fishing:
One-day fishing permit ($3) required for people over 16. A California fishing license is also required.

Rowboats, electric motorboats, and paddle boats are rentable at Shadow Cliffs year round.
Bait, tackle, and snacks are available at the boat rental. Visitors may launch their own boats;
size limit is 17 feet and only electric motors are allowed. No jet skis or gas engines are
permitted. A windsurfing area offers lessons and rentals.

The water slide is open on weekends in the spring and fall, and daily during the hot summer
months. Riders must be at least 42 inches tall. Besides the main lake, Shadow Cliffs has an
arroyo with a chain of smaller lakes and ponds. No swimming or boating is allowed here; the
shady areas and quiet waters make for a peaceful retreat on hot summer days. (Parking fee.)

Rowboats - $10/hr, $25/3-5 hours, $30/All day
Electric Motor - $12/hr, $30/3-5 hours
Pedal Boats - $13/hr, $25/3-5 hours, $30/All day

Fish Limits:

Trout - 5 per day
Catfish - 5 per day
Black Bass - 5 per day
Blue Gill - no limit
