Athletic Director Lou Cesario It is a pleasure to welcome you to Amador Valley High School. My name is Lou Cesario and I am the Athletic Director and Varsity Baseball Coach. I also serve as Co Chair in the Physical Education Dept. Amador Valley has a long and rich tradition of Athletic Excellence. For many reasons the school nick name is the “school of champions”. Each and every year we produce both team and individual champions. Amador Valley competes in the East Bay Athletic League which is considered by many the most competitive public school league in Northern California. We have near 1300 student athletes who participate in 23 different programs. We are very fortunate to have beautiful athletic facilities and an incredible athletic boosters program. I arrived at Amador 9 years ago. Prior to that I taught in the Martinez Unified School district for 10 years. I graduated from ST. Marys College with a degree in Health, Recreation and Physical Education. While at Amador I have taught Academic support and Physical Education. My beautiful wife and I live in Walnut Creek and have 3 incredible children!
