Welcome to Mohr Elementary!
Welcome to Mohr Elementary School, home of the Eagles!
On behalf of all staff and administration, we would like to thank you for taking the time to check out our school website. This website will give you a glimpse of who we are and what we're about. The real picture, however, comes from visiting our school, feeling the warm, positive atmosphere, seeing the beautiful eagle tile wall, meeting our caring, committed staff, and noticing all the parent volunteers busy in the school, and seeing our wonderful students in their classrooms, our hallways, at lunch, and outside.
Take some time to navigate this website to learn about our history, dedicated teachers, and plethora of hands-on learning opportunities that demonstrate the enthusiasm and internal motivation to learn that permeates our school every day. We take pride in our connections with students and families and we strive to provide a physically and emotionally safe environment where students know that we care about them while maintaining high expectations.
If you are already a Mohr parent or friend, please use the links available to find the part of the school's website you are interested in accessing. ![]()

Dear PUSD Parents:
Pleasanton Unified School District is pleased to welcome a new addition to your walk-through registration process.
Pleasanton Partnerships In Education Foundation (PPIE) will be present at every school site's registration event with
information about the new district-wide educational foundation efforts. PPIE has funded programs that have been
reduced or eliminated (due to the state budget crisis) including counselors and reading specialists (school year
09/10) and technology and library specialists and student support programs (school year 10/11 and 11 /12). Over the
past few years, PPIE has raised over $1,500,000 for these programs on behalf of PUSD and our students.
PPIE's fundraising goal is to have every PUSD family, as well as the entire community, get involved with helping to
fund programs that directly affect your children. The short term goal for school year 12/13 includes literacy and
student support programs (such as Class Size Reduction; reading intervention; programs for at-risk and highachieving
students; and additional sections at high schools); science and technology programs (including specialists);
and health and well-being programs (such as counseling services and physical education instruction.)
We encourage you to stop by their table to learn more about the PPIE Foundation and their efforts in support of our
schools and students. Your donation will assist in maintaining some of the programs described above. Your checks
may be made payable to PPIE, or you can donate online at registration or at www.ppie.org.
Your donations and
support are greatly appreciated by the students of Pleasanton Unified!
Wishing you and your student(s) a great school year!
Parvin Ahmadi
PUSD Superintendent
