Our hopes are that this web page will be a place for vendors, teachers, and administrators to come for policy and procedure answers. Each area of the department is listed to the left with specific information pertaining to that area. Grasso, Coordinator Purchasing Department Purchasing is responsible for the centralized procurement of all supplies, equipment, materials and services for the Pleasanton Unified School District. The Purchasing Department staff is committed to supporting the goals of the District by procuring the correct product for the appropriate person at the best price. Through professional purchasing practices, the Purchasing Department staff establishes relationships between the District and vendors and is the purchasing authority for the Pleasanton Unified School District. Purchasing maintains bid lists for all supplies, services, and equipment for Pleasanton Unified School District. Please refer to the Vendor Guide for more information.
